Moris is a driven and versatile Chief Officer with a strong background in both yachting and commercial shipping. Currently serving onboard M/Y PERSEFONI I, he oversees navigation, safety management, and daily operations, ensuring a seamless and high-standard experience for owners and guests. Having progressed from deckhand to captain on a 24m charter yacht, he brings hands-on expertise across all aspects of yacht operations, complemented by experience on large tankers. Fluent in Greek and English, and with additional language skills, Moris is known for his professionalism, problem-solving mindset, and energetic, guest-focused approach.

Christos is a Class A Marine Engineer with over a decade of experience across commercial vessels, naval ships, and professional yachts. Having served as Chief Engineer on yachts up to 184ft, he brings deep technical expertise in main engines, generators, electrical systems, automation, and onboard IT. Known for his hands-on and solution-oriented approach, he has successfully set up and managed yachts from the ground up, ensuring seamless operations across all departments. A skilled tender operator and drone pilot, he also utilizes onboard 3D printing to deliver fast, custom technical solutions. Fluent in Greek with strong English proficiency, Christos combines technical excellence with reliability and adaptability.

Stelios is an experienced Marine Engineer who began his career ashore in 2001, working in an authorized yachting workshop. Driven by his passion for the sea, he later joined the Merchant Marine Academy, graduating as a 3rd Engineer in 2012. Since then, he has served on various yachts, continuously developing his technical skills and onboard experience. In his free time, he is actively involved in competitive freediving, spearfishing, apnea yoga, and watersports. Stelios is fluent in Greek and English.

George began his yachting career in 2016 as a deckhand and has since progressed to the role of Bosun. His strong seamanship and leadership skills led him to captain daily cruise catamarans and sailing yachts across the Greek islands. With a background in VIP security and service in the Hellenic Special Forces, he brings discipline, reliability, and a strong team ethic onboard. George is known for his positive attitude and hands-on approach. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, traveling, swimming, and watersports, and holds an Open Water Diving certificate.

George entered the yachting industry in 2020, transitioning from a successful career as a store manager. He brings a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset to the deck team. Stamatis holds a degree in Furniture Design and Wood Technology from the University of Thessaly and began his career as an industrial designer before transitioning into yachting in 2021. With additional experience in hospitality as a barista and bartender, he combines creativity with a strong service mindset. Certified as a PADI Open Water Diver, he enjoys exploring the underwater world in his free time. Stamatis is passionate about design, innovation, and the sea.

Evi began her yachting career in 2014, building on a strong background in hospitality. Holding a Captain’s Class C certificate, she gained experience as an apprentice officer and deck cadet on passenger vessels before transitioning into a Deckhand role to further develop her seamanship and practical deck skills. She supports daily deck operations, maintenance, and onboard safety while maintaining a professional and guest-focused approach. Known for her adaptability, strong communication, and attention to detail, Evi is a valued team member. She is fluent in Greek and English.

Manik is an experienced Chief Stewardess who brings elegance, leadership, and meticulous attention to detail to the interior team. Since joining the yachting industry in 2020, she has built on a strong background in luxury retail, wellness, and boutique hospitality. A graduate of Sivitanidios Culinary College, she is passionate about elevating the guest experience and continuously develops her skills through training in wine, beauty, and tourism. Known for her calm and professional presence, Manik delivers polished and personalized service. She is currently learning Spanish.

Tina is an experienced Stewardess with a solid background on both private and charter yachts up to 50 meters. Having served as Chief Stew, Second Stew, and Solo Stew, she brings versatility, leadership, and a high level of service to every role. Known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and calm demeanor, she consistently delivers exceptional guest experiences. Fully STCW certified, with a Seaman’s Book and powerboat license, Tina upholds the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and service. Fluent in Greek and English, she combines warmth with discretion and efficiency.

Panagiota is a dedicated and detail-oriented 3rd Stewardess with a strong background in hospitality and guest service. With experience on private yachts and in customer-facing roles, she demonstrates excellent organization, high standards of cleanliness, and a proactive approach to her duties. She works well within a team, remains adaptable in fast-paced environments, and maintains a consistently positive and professional attitude. Fluent in Greek and conversational in English, Panagiota is committed to supporting the interior team and ensuring a smooth onboard experience.

Amalia is a motivated and detail-oriented 4th Stewardess with a solid foundation in hospitality and service support. Specializing in housekeeping, she is highly organized and takes pride in maintaining immaculate interior standards onboard. With experience in customer-focused roles and team environments, she brings professionalism, discretion, and a positive attitude to her work. Fluent in Greek and English, Amalia is committed to supporting the interior team and contributing to a seamless onboard environment.

Sotiris is an accomplished chef with a strong background in luxury hospitality, having trained in France and being fluent in French and English. He has worked in prestigious five-star establishments, including Lausanne Palace, and served as a personal chef for the Venezuelan Embassy in Athens. Awarded “Chef of the Year” in 2018, he has collaborated with Gordon Ramsay and most recently served as Executive Chef at Inoi Restaurant in Kavala. Known for his creativity and attention to detail, Sotiris specializes in refined Mediterranean cuisine tailored to the preferences of discerning yacht guests. He also brings valuable experience as a private chef, delivering highly personalized dining experiences onboard.
